Smithdon High School

Sixth Form

Smithdon High School is proud to be part of the West Norfolk Academy Trust. As a result, our Year 11 students have a direct route into Springwood High School Sixth Form, where they can follow a wide range of post-16 courses and be part of a vibrant, high achieving, learning community.

At Springwood, students will continue to build on the strength, integrity and excellence embedded from their time at secondary school, utilising these core values on their way to future success.

Sixth form students have the opportunity to work independently in their chosen subjects, whilst gaining a greater depth and understanding to their knowledge. Students benefit from the experience of a tutor, who supports the student through Years 12 and 13; helps with university applications and offers support with choosing their career pathways.
